Initial Floor Plans
If you are in the beginning stages of planning your new home or home renovation and just need some help with sorting out the floor plans / layouts but don’t need full set of drawings - this is the package for you. The process for this package includes an initial design questionnaire so we can get a little bit of a better idea of what you are looking for in your home. This would be followed by an in-person meeting to discuss more specifics regarding style / function / adjacencies / sizing / etc. From there, we would work to put together proposed floor plans for your review, and adjust as needed.
Floor Plan Designs
Sometimes the first step of planning the layout of your home can seem daunting. We offer two different floor plan packages to meet your needs.
Full Architectural Drawing Set
If you are looking to get a full set of drawings put together in order to proceed with a building permit - this is the package for you. This process would start the same as the Initial Floor Plans package, but would proceed to include a full set of architectural drawings. While this drawing set would include the majority of the information required for permit, it would still need to be stamped by a structural engineer before being submitted.
Design Selections
Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed by the mountain of decisions that need to be made when designing your home or renovation? Too many decisions and options to comprehend, just leaving you frazzled and frustrated?

Design Selection Process
Every homeowner is different and has unique needs when it comes to creating their dream home. Some like to explore on their own, but others like to have more of a guided tour type of experience. No matter what your needs are, REPutable Designs is here to help you through the process - whether that means a helping hand during showroom visits or a custom curated selection of samples to review that are brought directly to your home. REPutable Designs will also help take stress away by putting together a specification sheet that organizes all of your material and finish selections.
